All jewelry sales are final. If a piece is damaged upon arrival or a piece becomes damaged due to a craftsmanship issue, please email c3silverco@yahoo.com and we can discuss further options. 

C3 is not responsible for damage due to not properly caring for jewelry or sizing mishaps. Please make sure you know your correct size regarding cuffs and rings before purchase.
